DOUBLE ROOM

A double room is a room consisting of a bed maybe wardrobes, TV and other facilities, They have a bathroom but no kitchen facilities. Double rooms are usually on average around 30 sqm and sleep 2 people maybe a cot for babies also.

STUDIO APARTMENT

A Studio Apartment is usually a larger version of a double room, Studios are very popular in Bansko. They have kitchenette facilities a bathroom, usually dining furniture and sofas. The bed is located in the same room as all other facilities (Open Plan) Studios usually sleep 2 however depending on sofa beds they can sleep 4.

1 BEDROOM APARTMENT

1 Bedroom apartments are large apartments in a complex, they consist of a bedroom separately from the living area, a bathroom, sometimes a storage area, and a living area. 1 Bedrooms can comfortably sleep 4 depending on sofa beds.

2 BEDROOM APARTMENT

 2 Bedroom Apartments are similar to 1 bedrooms however they have 2 separate bedrooms, some maybe single bedrooms meaning a single bed is in the second room or most of the time they are double bedrooms meaning both rooms have double beds. They have a kitchen, living area and dining area in an open plan room, a separate bathroom, sometime maybe 2 and 2 seperate bathrooms. 2 Bedroom apartments can comfortably sleep 4 people and more often than not have sofa beds allowing 6 people to stay in the apartment. Some 2 bedroom apartments sleep 8 with 2 sets of bunkbeds ideal for children.

3 BEDROOM APARTMENT

3 Bedrooms have exactly the same facilities as the 2 bedrooms but the apartments are usually bigger and have an extra bedroom. The 3 Bedrooms can comfortably sleep 6, depending on sofa beds and bunkbeds some can also sleep 10 sometimes but rarely 12

4 BEDROOM APARTMENT

 These larger apartments have 4 separate bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 people however they can sleep 12-14

5 + BEDROOM APARTMENT

5 Bedrooms, sometimes separate kitchen and living area, usually 2 bathrooms, These apartments are very large and rare. A 5 Bedroom can easily sleep 12 people and sometimes up to 16.

CHALETS

Chalets are not apartments but more like large houses, They have a number of bedrooms (varies depending on chalet) They have stairs up to or down to bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining area, Living Area and Gardens. Some Chalets have facilities like pools, jacuzzis etc and usually have a lot of beautiful scenery around them.
